Wally Cook

Wally Cook is an Associate on the Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Wally was an investment banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions. Wally holds a B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Government from Dartmouth College.
