Tessa Piontkowski is an Associate on the Capital Markets & Capital Formation team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Tessa was an Investment Banking Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the Financial Sponsors Group. There, she focused on executing leveraged buyouts as well as other debt financings. Tessa holds a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and Economics from Villanova University School of Business.
