Miguel Louzan

Miguel Louzan is a Technology Executive on the Portfolio Optimization team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Miguel was Managing Director of Technology Innovation at Apollo where he focused on executing complex technology transformation, carve outs and integration for the firm’s portfolio companies. Previously, Miguel was the Chief Information & Technology Officer at Lifescan, where he executed the carve-out and standup of the company’s independent technology operations. Prior to Lifescan he held CIO & CTO roles across various sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, and services industries. Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Cooreman’s University in Brussels and an executive MBA from Emory Business School.
