Michael Mrozek

Michael Mrozek is a Principal on the Capital Formation team at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Michael was a Senior Relationship Manager at BlackRock, where he focused on institutional clients and was responsible for fundraising and investor relations. Previously, he worked as COO for BlackRock’s US Institutional iShares division. Michael started his career at BlackRock in their Private Wealth business. Previously, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Michael holds a B.A. from Rutgers University.
