Melissa Wu is an Associate on the Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Melissa was an investment banking Analyst at UBS in the Media & Telecom Group. There, she focused on structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital offerings. Melissa holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
