Lee Goldfarb

Lee Goldfarb is a Vice President on the Portfolio Optimization team at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Lee was a Senior Director at EY-Parthenon, where he advised sponsors and strategics across the investment lifecycle from due diligence, standalone analysis, TSA design and negotiation, through to post-close value creation. Previously, he was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal where he focused on transformations, performance improvement, and post-merger integration. Lee holds a B.A. in History and a Minor in Economics & Business from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business.
