Laura Pettinelli

Laura Pettinelli is a Vice President on the Capital Markets & Capital Formation team at Veritas Capital. Prior to Veritas, Laura was an Associate at Evercore in the Private Capital Advisory Group, focused on GP and LP secondary transactions. Previously, Laura was an investment banking Associate at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group, focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, and other debt financings. Laura began her career in international investment arbitration at The World Bank Group in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. Laura holds a B.A. from The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
