Kristy Fiesel

Kristy Fiesel is a VP, Talent on the Talent team at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Kristy was a VP, Talent at L Catterton where she partnered with investment teams and portfolio company leaders on talent initiatives, including executive search, organizational design, leadership assessment, and board effectiveness. Previously, she partnered with business leaders at Google to recruit senior talent. She began her career in executive search, recruiting senior executives across financial services and technology at Heidrick & Struggles. Kristy holds a B.S. in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland.
