Kate Pillemer

Kate Pillemer is the Head of Human Capital at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Kate was an Executive Managing Director, Global Head of Human Capital and Facilities at Sculptor Capital, where she focused on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workplace operations to support the firm’s growth and performance. Previously, she worked as the Head of Human Capital at Searchlight Capital. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
