Joel Fulton

Joel Fulton is a Cybersecurity Technology Executive in the Operations Group at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas, Joel was SVP of Engineering & AI and Chief Information Security Officer at Cyderes, a global managed security solutions provider, where he focused on security, governance, and compliance for the organization while leading a 50-person engineering and AI team building security infrastructure and automation. Previously, he worked as Chief Information Security Officer at Splunk, where he built the company’s security organization from the ground up and led its SaaS compliance program, and earlier served as Global Head of Risk at Google, overseeing global enterprise security risk and vendor risk management. Joel holds a B.S. in General Business from Excelsior College, and a Ph.D. in Information Security from Capella University.
