Mr. Musallam is the CEO and Managing Partner of Veritas Capital as well as a Founding Member of the Firm's first institutional fund raised in 1998. Previously he worked at Pritzker & Pritzker, the private equity group then led by Jay Pritzker and prior to that at Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. Mr. Musallam began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Structured Finance Division. Mr. Musallam holds a B.A., cum laude, in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A., with High Honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Hugh Evans

Prior to Veritas, Hugh was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Falconhead Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Previously, he was a Principal at Stonington Partners and began his private equity career in 1992 at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners. Benjamin Polk

Prior to Veritas, Buddy was a Senior Partner with the law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP where his practice focused on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, corporate governance and securities regulation, with special focus on private equity. During his legal career, Buddy worked with Veritas on virtually every major transaction Veritas had been involved in since its founding. Prior to rejoining Veritas, Jamie was a Principal at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe ("WCAS") focused on investments in the information/business services and healthcare industries. Prior to WCAS, he worked at Warburg Pincus in the LBO/Special Situations group where he focused primarily on investments in the industrials sector. Previously, he was an Associate at Veritas after beginning his career as an Analyst at Bank of America in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group. Jamie holds a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Aneal Krishnan

Prior to Veritas, Aneal was an Associate at Ripplewood Holdings, a New York-based private equity investment firm. Previously, he was an investment banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group. In 2007, Aneal was deployed to Iraq with his U.S. Army reserve unit for a year-long combat tour where he served as an Infantry Officer. Jeffrey Wu

Brendan Dillon

Prior to Veritas, Brendan was Global Co-Head of Leveraged Debt Capital Markets at UBS, which included Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Restructuring, and LATAM debt. Prior to that role, Brendan was Global Co-Head of Credit at UBS, which included the sales, trading, and research businesses of leveraged loans, high yield, distressed, and CLOs. Previously, he worked in high yield sales at Lehman Brothers and syndicated finance at Chase Manhattan Bank. Brendan holds a BA from the University of Chicago.

Rushin Shah

Prior to Veritas, Rushin was the Founding Partner at Nine27 Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on global consumer companies. Prior to Nine27, Rushin worked as an Analyst at Citadel Global Equities, Senior Analyst at Point72 Asset Management, Principal at Apollo, and VP at Morgan Stanley specializing in equity and credit investments across various industries including consumer, business services, aerospace and defense, travel, gaming, and media. Prior to McKinsey, he was an Investment Principal at Aureos Capital, an emerging markets focused private equity fund. Previously, he was an Associate at Veritas. Ashish holds a dual-B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Brown University, an M.Phil in Economics from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A., with Honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mac Curtis

Prior to Veritas, Mac was Chairman, CEO, and President of Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), which was acquired by Veritas/Peraton in May 2021. He spent the previous 12 years as a two-time Veritas portfolio company CEO at Vangent, which was sold to General Dynamics, and at Vencore, which underwent acquisition-driven transformation and an IPO into Perspecta. He has also served as a Veritas portfolio company board member. Mac holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.

Additionally, Sarah has 6 years of experience as the former office manager at two private equity firms.

Christopher Buzzeo

Prior to Veritas, Christopher was a Director at General Atlantic where he advised on deal and fund structuring, while managing tax compliance for General Atlantic Credit. Prior to General Atlantic, he was a Tax Controller for General Atlantic Credit’s predecessor firm, Iron Park Capital.
