Prior to rejoining Veritas, Ashish was a Partner at McKinsey & Company focused on accelerating operational performance and organizational effectiveness at energy, hi-tech, pharma and industrial companies. Prior to McKinsey, he was an Investment Principal at Aureos Capital, an emerging markets focused private equity fund. Previously, he was an Associate at Veritas. Ashish holds a dual-B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Brown University, an M.Phil in Economics from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A., with Honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Prior to Veritas, Evelyn was a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group (“Ankura”) where she focused on the execution of company carve outs and integrations. Prior to Ankura, she was a Director at AlixPartners focused on advising and/or serving as interim management for companies undergoing a transition. Evelyn holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Asian Studies from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Bruce Cunningham

Prior to Veritas, Bruce was a Senior Associate at Ubiquiti, where he primarily focused on developing and leading the company's go-to-market strategy for their direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform. Prior to Ubiquiti, he was a member of the Value Creation team at Vista Consulting Group where he worked across the portfolio on various value creation initiatives meant to drive growth and operational excellence. Bruce holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining Veritas, Liam was Vice President of Product Management at Podium where he focused on product strategy, pricing and packaging optimization, marketing lead generation, go-to-market effectiveness, and product-led sales. Prior to Podium, Liam was part of the Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team at Google and a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group where he focused on technology-related projects. Liam holds joint master’s degrees from Northwestern University with an M.B.A from Kellogg and an M.S. in Design Innovation from McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Prior to Veritas, Var was Vice President of Product Development at PowerSchool. There, he focused on educational technology. Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Satmetrix, a leading customer experience management software, services, and data company. Var has over 20 years’ experience across product, engineering, operations and general management of enterprise and consumer software products and services, accelerating revenue and profitability for companies from early-stage startups to public companies, including E2open, and Oracle. Var holds an M.S. in Systems and Information from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
Ayikudy “Sri” Srikanth

Prior to Veritas, Sri was Chief Technology Officer at Frontline Education and charted Frontline's technology vision and spearheaded the global product development, cloud Infrastructure, IT and security organizations. Prior to Frontline, Sri held global product management and technology leadership roles at several private equity backed software companies including Lanyon/Cvent and ESG Global. Sri holds an MBA from Babson College, an MS in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and a BS in electronics engineering from Anna University (India).

Mac Curtis

Prior to Veritas, Mac was Chairman, CEO, and President of Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), which was acquired by Veritas/Peraton in May 2021. He spent the previous 12 years as a two-time Veritas portfolio company CEO at Vangent, which was sold to General Dynamics, and at Vencore, which underwent acquisition-driven transformation and an IPO into Perspecta. He has also served as a Veritas portfolio company board member. Mac holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
Steve Schorer

Prior to Veritas, Steve served as the Chairman, President, and CEO of Alion Science & Technology, which he joined in 2017. He led the strategic repositioning, transformation, and dramatic growth of Alion leading to the successful exit of the business in 2021. Prior to Alion, he served as president of DynCorp International as well as a principal in the early buildout of both L-3 Communications, as a public company, and the exponential growth and exit of DRS Technologies. Steve holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and has completed executive management programs at the Anderson School of Executive Management, University of California, Los Angeles and at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University.

Prior to joining Veritas, Dipo was an associate general counsel at the TCW Group Inc., across their fixed income, equities and alternative investments platform. Prior to that, he was a principal and funds counsel at KKR, where he advised on product offerings in private equity, real assets, credit and hedge funds. He began his career as an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Mr. Ashiru holds a B.A., (magna cum laude) from Franklin & Marshall College, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Prior to joining Veritas, Bhavna was Chief Human Capital Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives at BC Partners. Prior to BC Partners, she was Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Human Capital at Navab Capital Partners. Previously, Bhavna was at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and, before that, at JP Morgan / Bear Stearns. She began her career at Morgan Stanley. Bhavna holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an M.S., with Honors, from the London School of Economics.

Previously, Natasha was an investment banking Analyst at UBS in the Global Industrial Group. Natasha holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Amherst College and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Prior to Viking, she spent 9 years at Centerbridge Partners as the director of human resources and administration. Additionally, Sarah has 6 years of experience as the former office manager at two private equity firms.
