DynCorp International Inc. During the period of Veritas’ ownership, DynCorp was a leading provider of specialized mission-critical outsourced technical services to businesses and government agencies, including the DoD and the Department of State. The company operated through three core divisions: International Security Services (“ISS”), Logistics and Construction Management (“LCM”), and Maintenance and Technical Support Services (“MTSS”). ISS performed operations in police training, translation services, security, specialty aviation, counter-drug operations and firefighting. LCM was responsible for logistics, contingency and construction operations. MTSS focused on aviation-related services and engineering support and included DynCorp’s Marine business group.
