Anaren, Inc. During the period of Veritas’ ownership, Anaren designed, developed, and manufactured highly integrated radio frequency (“RF”) components, assemblies, and subsystems primarily for the aerospace, defense, wireless infrastructure, medical and industrial end-markets worldwide. The company leveraged its core competencies in product design and specialized manufacturing processes in products that: (i) received, processed, and transmitted microwave and RF signals; and (ii) managed the power levels of such RF signals. Anaren operated two business segments: the Space & Defense Group and the Wireless Group.
