Greg Giordano

Greg Giordano is a Vice President on the Flagship Private Equity team at Veritas Capital. Greg initially worked as an Associate at Veritas before leaving for business school. Prior to Veritas, Greg was an investment banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital offerings. Greg holds a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
