Robert B. McKeon
Mr. McKeon is the Founder and Chairman of Veritas. Prior to forming Veritas in 1992, Mr. McKeon served as the Chairman of Wasserstein Perella Management Partners where he was a founding partner of Wasserstein Perella & Co. in 1988 and was instrumental in raising and managing the group’s $1.1 billion private equity fund. In addition, Mr. McKeon served as Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive of Wickes Companies, Inc., Chairman and Director of Maybelline, Inc., and Co-Chairman of Pneumo Abex Corporation. Prior to Wasserstein Perella & Co., Mr. McKeon was a Director at the First Boston Corporation. Mr. McKeon currently serves as Chairman of the Board of DynCorp International, Aeroflex Incorporated, Vangent Inc., and McNeil Technologies, Inc. and Global Tel*Link. Previously, he served as Chairman of Integrated Defense Technologies and Vertex Aerospace. Mr. McKeon is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations, The Bretton Woods Committee, and the Center for Strategic & International Studies. In addition, Mr. McKeon is on the Board of Trustees of Fordham University. Mr. McKeon, appointed by the Governor of Connecticut, formerly served as Chairman of the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority, a $2.6 billion public authority that finances hospitals and universities in Connecticut. Mr. McKeon holds a B.S. in Economics from Fordham University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Hugh D. Evans
Mr. Evans is a Partner at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2005, Mr. Evans was a Partner at Falconhead Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. While at Falconhead Capital, Mr. Evans was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and was a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to Falconhead Capital, Mr. Evans was a Principal at Stonington Partners, a $1.0 billion private equity firm. Mr. Evans began his private equity career in 1992 at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, the predecessor firm of Stonington, which managed $2.0 billion in private equity capital and was a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Evans currently serves as a Director of Aeroflex Incorporated and Global Tel*Link. Mr. Evans received a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Ramzi
M. Musallam
Mr. Musallam is a Partner at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 1997, Mr. Musallam worked at Pritzker & Pritzker, the private equity group then led by investor Jay Pritzker. In that capacity, Mr. Musallam was responsible for identifying and executing acquisitions as well as investments in early stage technology companies. Prior to Pritzker & Pritzker, Mr. Musallam worked at Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based private equity investment firm. Mr. Musallam began his career at JP Morgan, working in the Structured Finance Division of the organization. Mr. Musallam currently serves as a director on a number of boards including Aeroflex Incorporated, CRGT, Inc., DynCorp International, McNeil Technologies, Inc., Vangent Inc. and Global Tel*Link. Mr. Musallam holds a B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University with a major in Economics and Mathematics and an M.B.A with High Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Joe L. Benavides
Mr. Benavides is a Principal at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2007, Mr. Benavides was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group where he focused primarily on the diversified industries market including the aerospace, business services and industrial technology sectors. Prior to The Blackstone Group, Mr. Benavides was most recently a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked on numerous leveraged buyouts, divestitures and financings for leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Mr. Benavides began his professional career at Smith Barney Inc. working as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Benavides currently serves as a Director of Aeroflex, Incorporated. Mr. Benavides received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, cum laude, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

C. Weber
Mr. Weber is a Principal at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2005, Mr. Weber was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, where he was involved in the evaluation and execution of investments for leveraged buyout funds with total assets under management of over $3 billion. At Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, Mr. Weber was responsible for all aspects of investment including due diligence, financing, monitoring of portfolio companies and assisting with portfolio company acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Weber served as an aviation officer in the United States Army, holding leadership positions at platoon and company level domestically and abroad. Mr. Weber currently serves as a Director of Global Tel*Link. Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Louis W. Bremer
Mr. Bremer is a Vice President at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2009, Mr. Bremer was appointed by former President George W. Bush to the 2007-2008 Class of White House Fellows in June 2007, and was subsequently handpicked to join the Homeland Security Council in the Executive Office of the President as Director, Strategy and Resources. As a White House Fellow, Mr. Bremer worked on strategic-level projects of importance to the President and the Homeland Security Advisor. Prior to becoming a White House Fellow, Mr. Bremer was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he advised corporate clients in the industrial, biotech, consumer/retail and aerospace & defense sectors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Louis worked at J.P. Morgan where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace, defense and homeland security industries. Mr. Bremer previously served for eight years as an active duty Naval Officer and U.S. Navy SEAL. Mr. Bremer received a B.S. in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Kelly is a Vice President at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2008, Mr. Kelly was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he structured and executed loan and high yield bond financings for leveraged buyouts and strategic acquisitions across a variety of industries. Prior to Goldman Sachs & Co., Mr. Kelly worked at Morgan Stanley, raising non-investment grade debt capital for corporate clients in the loan and bond markets. Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. in Finance from Washington University and an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Stephen J. Cho
Mr. Cho is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2008, Mr. Cho worked as an investment banking analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Citigroup. While at Citigroup, he advised both strategic and financial clients on M&A, buyout, and financing transactions. Mr. Cho previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Mr. Cho holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jaffee is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2009, Mr. Jaffee worked as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch. There, he originated structured and executed leveraged loan and high yield bond financings for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions and recapitalizations across a wide range of industries. Mr. Jaffee holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in finance from Miami University.

Mr. Patel is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2007, Mr. Patel worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse Securities. In that capacity, he advised on and executed transactions through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts for strategic and financial clients across a variety of industries. Mr. Donner is the Chief Financial Officer at Veritas. Prior
to joining Veritas in 2006, Mr. Donner was a Vice President at BISYS
Private Equity Services, a division of BISYS (now a division of Citigroup), that provides
fund administration, accounting, financial reporting, and
tax services to the private equity industry. Prior to joining
BISYS, Mr. Donner worked at Swiss Re Group as a Controller
of Swiss Re’s private equity division. Mr. Donner is
a Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an Audit
Manager in Goldstein Golub & Kessler’s financial
services audit group. Mr. Donner holds a B.S., summa dum laude, in Accounting from CUNY Brooklyn College.
