Robert B. McKeon
Mr. McKeon is the founder and President of Veritas. Prior to forming Veritas in 1992, Mr. McKeon served as the Chairman of Wasserstein Perella Management Partners where he was instrumental in raising and managing the group's $1.1 billion private equity fund. In addition, Mr. McKeon served as Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive of Wickes Companies, Inc., Chairman and Director of Maybelline, Inc., and Co-Chairman of Pneumo Abex Corporation.
Prior to being one of the founding partners of Wasserstein Perella, Mr. McKeon was a Director at the First Boston Corporation. Mr. McKeon currently serves as Chairman of the Board of DynCorp International, Aeroflex Incorporated, Vangent Inc., The Wornick Company, and McNeil Technologies. Previously, he served as Chairman of Integrated Defense Technologies (NYSE: IDT) and Vertex Aerospace.
Mr. McKeon is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Bretton Woods, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. In addition, Mr. McKeon is on the Board of Trustees of Fordham University and on the Board of Fellows of Trinity College. Mr. McKeon, appointed by the Governor of Connecticut, formerly served as Chairman of the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority, a $2.6 billion public authority that finances hospitals and universities in Connecticut.
Mr. McKeon holds a B.S. in Economics from Fordham University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Hugh Evans
Mr. Evans is a Partner at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas in 2005, Mr. Evans was a Partner at Falconhead Capital, a middle market private equity firm. While at Falconhead, Mr. Evans was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and was a member of the firm's investment committee.
Prior to Falconhead, Mr. Evans was a Principal at Stonington Partners, a $1.0 billion private equity firm, where he was responsible for the firm’s investments in Lincoln Educational Services and Javelin Communications. Mr. Evans began his private equity career in 1992 at Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, the predecessor firm of Stonington, which managed $2.0 billion in private equity capital and was a wholly owned subsidiary of Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Evans received an A.B. in Government from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Evans currently serves as a Director of Aeroflex Incorporated.

Ramzi
M. Musallam
Mr. Musallam is a Partner at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas in 1997, Mr. Musallam worked at Pritzker & Pritzker, the private equity group then led by investor Jay Pritzker. In that capacity, Mr. Musallam was responsible for identifying and executing acquisitions of both domestic and international corporations as well as investments in early stage technology companies.
Prior to Pritzker & Pritzker, Mr. Musallam worked at Berkshire Partners, a private equity investment firm in Boston, for over two years. Mr. Musallam contributed directly to the development, evaluation, execution, and management of leveraged buyouts for the firm. He was also responsible for monitoring and aiding in the performance and growth of selected portfolio companies. Mr. Musallam began his professional career at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan), working in the Structured Finance Division of the organization.
Mr. Musallam currently serves as a director of DynCorp International, Aeroflex Incorporated, Vangent Inc., McNeil Technologies, Inc., The Wornick Company, Trawick & Associates, and Continental Electronics.
Mr. Musallam holds a B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University with a double major in Economics and Mathematics and an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Joe Benavides
Mr. Benavides is a Principal at Veritas Capital. Mr. Benavides has been active in private equity as either a principal or an advisor since 2000. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Benavides was a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group.
Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Benavides was most recently a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked on numerous leveraged buyouts, divestitures and financings for leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Mr. Benavides received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey
C. Weber
Mr. Weber is a Principal at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining
Veritas in 2005, Mr. Weber was a Vice President at Lehman
Brothers Merchant Banking, where he was involved in the evaluation
and execution of investments for leveraged buyout funds with
total assets under management of over $3 billion. At Lehman
Brothers, Mr. Weber was responsible for all aspects of investments
including due diligence, financing, monitoring of portfolio
companies, and assisting with portfolio company acquisitions.
Previously, Mr. Weber served as an aviation officer in the
United States Army, holding leadership positions from platoon
to company level both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Engineering Management from the
United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School.

Jeffrey P. Kelly
Mr. Kelly is a Vice President at Veritas Capital. Prior to joining Veritas in 2008, Mr. Kelly was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he structured and executed loan and high yield bond financings for leveraged buyouts and strategic acquisitions across a variety of industries. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Kelly worked at Morgan Stanley, raising non-investment grade debt capital for corporate clients in the loan and bond markets.
Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Daniel
H. Sugar
Mr. Sugar is a Vice President at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas
in 2004, Mr. Sugar worked for the restructuring investment
bank, Miller Buckfire & Co. There, he advised corporations
across a wide variety of industries on restructuring, bankruptcy
and M&A transactions.
Mr. Sugar holds a B.S.E. from Princeton University with a
major in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.

Nick Ghoussaini
Mr. Ghoussaini is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining Veritas in 2007, Mr. Ghoussaini worked at The Cypress Group, a private equity firm specializing in industrial, consumer and financial service related companies. As an Associate, Mr. Ghoussaini contributed directly to the development, evaluation, execution, and management of leveraged buyouts for the firm. Before working for The Cypress Group, Mr. Ghoussaini was an investment-banking analyst in the Industrials Group at Lehman Brothers where he was involved in the analysis and execution of equity, high-yield, and M&A transactions.
Mr. Ghoussaini graduated from Tufts University, where he received a BA in Economics and German.

Shamik Patel
Mr. Patel is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Patel worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse Securities. In that capacity, he advised on and executed transactions through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts for strategic and financial clients across a variety of industries.
Mr. Patel graduated from the Business Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance and a minor in Accounting.

R. Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan is an Associate at Veritas. Prior to joining
Veritas in 2006, Mr. Sullivan worked in the Investment Banking
division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. In that capacity,
he advised corporations across a range of industries including
retail, lodging and transportation on strategic, financing
and M&A transactions.
Mr. Sullivan holds a B.S., cum laude, in Economics from Vanderbilt
University.

M. Donner
Mr. Donner is the Chief Financial Officer at Veritas. Prior
to joining Veritas, Mr. Donner was a Vice President at BISYS
Private Equity Services, a division of BISYS, that provides
fund administration, accounting, financial reporting, and
tax services to the private equity industry. Prior to joining
BISYS, Mr. Donner worked at Swiss Re Group as the Controller
of Swiss Re’s private equity division. Mr. Donner is
a Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an Audit
Manager in Goldstein Golub & Kessler’s financial
services audit group.
Mr. Donner holds a B.S. in Accounting from CUNY Brooklyn College.

Mark H. Ronald (Special Advisor)
As Special Advisor to Veritas Capital, Mr. Ronald assists in evaluating potential acquisitions and investments, and works with the management teams of Veritas’ portfolio companies to create value. Formerly, Mr. Ronald was the chairman and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary of BAE Systems plc. Mr. Ronald oversaw approximately 43,000 employees in the United States, Europe and Africa, who generated annual sales in excess of $10 billion. Mr. Ronald also served as chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors of the $25 billion global defense and aerospace parent company.
Prior to joining BAE Systems, Mr. Ronald was president of AEL Industries in Lansdale, PA.
Mr. Ronald holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University, and a master’s degree in electrical engineering at Polytechnic Institute of New York. He holds the Honorary Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE), awarded in recognition of the valuable services he has rendered to furthering transatlantic cooperation in the U.S.-U.K. defense industries.
Mr. Ronald currently serves as a director of DynCorp International, Inc., as well as, Alliant Techsystems Inc, and Cobham plc.
