Founded in 1992, Veritas invests in a broad range of companies through buyouts, growth capital investments, and leveraged recapitalizations. Through our investment funds, we manage equity capital committed from leading financial institutions, pension funds, and high net worth individuals.

Over the last two decades, Veritas has achieved returns on its investments that rank it in the top 1% of private equity funds in its vintage years. Veritas is currently investing from its third fund, Veritas Capital Fund III.
